ORDERING

 

How do I place a personal order with pademelonpress.com.au?

Placing an order is easy, just follow the steps below and you'll be an expert in no time.

 

1. Find the product you want to purchase by either searching for it or using the categories to browse through.

 

2. Click on the title or image to view the product detail page.

 

3. Click the Add to Cart button to place the item in your shopping cart.

 

4. Click the My Cart link in the top right corner to view or edit the contents of your shopping cart, or click the Checkout button if you're ready to place your order.

 

5. If this is your first order, you will be able to either create an account with a password to use this time and in the future, or you can place a one-off order as a guest.

 

6. Click Continue and follow the instructions on screen to choose your shipping method as well as method of payment.

 

7. Finally, click the Confirm Order button and your order will be submitted for processing. You will receive an order number and a confirmation email.

 

How do I place my eBook order.

Pademelon Press Terms and Conditions of eBooks: Pademelon Press is a small Australian publisher of early childhood teacher resources. Our mission is to give a voice to Australian early childhood educators. We’d like to be able to offer inexpensive e-book options to all of our customers. Illegal copying or downloading of this file will mean that we can’t cover our costs. If we can’t cover our costs then we can’t continue to offer e-books at cheaper prices than hard copy books and will have to remove the e-books from our website and offer only hard copy books at higher prices.
Please help us to continue to offer cost effective pricing with a quality product by agreeing to our terms and conditions. How do I place an order for my Early Childhood Centre/School/College/Organisation with Pademelonpress.com.au "on account"?

If you wish us to invoice your centre on a 30 day account please proceed as above until payment method and choose Purchase Order when you come to step 4. You can then enter a purchase order number if you have one, or use your name as a reference for the sale.

 

*Please note, organisations ONLY can be invoiced for the goods, and Pademelon Press reserves the right to refuse supply 'on account' to individuals, or to check the validity of the order with an organisation.

 

Purchase Orders, and Payment Terms 'on account'

Purchase orders can be accepted on web orders, please proceed with your order as described above.

Standard payment terms are net 30 days. 


Overseas Orders

If you are ordering from an overseas address or wish to ship your order to an overseas address. Please email us at enquiry@pademelonpress.com.au  with the list of books your wish to purchase. We will then contact you with the total cost including freight, and instructions on how to pay.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

If the books are in stock, they are posted the same day.  If we have to order the books, it could take up to 6 weeks. You will be given an indication of how long your books will take to arrive once you’ve placed your order.

 

Back Orders

Orders with items on back order will be accepted and are shipped as soon as the products are available.

 

PAYMENT AND PRICING

 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Bank Deposit, Cheque, and Australia Post Money Order.

Is GST included in the price of the books?

All items are inclusive of GST

Prices, terms, shipping fees, and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges are as follows:

 

Regular Australia post

Orders under $200: $12 delivery
Orders between $200 and $500: $16 delivery
Orders over $500: FREE DELIVERY 

 

Express post (Excluding the Northern Territory) 

Express post delivery up to 3kg: $16 
Express post delivery 3-5kg: $25 


International shipping

If your order is to be delivered to an address outside Australia, please email us at enquiry@pademelonpress.com.au  with the list of books you wish to purchase. We will then contact you with the total cost including, freight and instructions on how to pay.

 

Backorders

There will be no postage charges for sending backorders (international shipping not included).

 

PRIVACY & SECURITY

 

Privacy Policy

Pademelon Press collects the names, addresses, and email addresses of our customers in order to send our ordered books and to notify customers periodically by email of products and services offered by Pademelon Press. Customer information will not be sold, leased, exchanged or given away to any other party.

 

Pademelon Press customers may review and change their contact information online through the My Account tab at the top of the web page. Alternatively call Customer Service at 02 4236 1881 or email enquiry@pademelonpress.com.au  

 

At any time, customers who have subscribed to our e-newsletter, Early Childhood Notes, can follow an unsubscribe link provided in every edition of our e-newsletter to unsubscribe from that email service. Any changes to this policy will be posted here on the Pademelon Press Website.

 

Security Policy

Our shopping cart and check-out area employ 128 bit SSL encryption which offers the best level of protection possible when credit cards and financial transactions are done. 128 bit SSL encryption makes sure third parties are unable to intercept your information. Firewall protection is set up to make sure that only authorized traffic is allowed into our information storage areas.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience with Pademelon Press, please let us know ASAP.

 

Can I return my item(s) if I find they’re not suitable?

Books published by Pademelon Press Pty Ltd may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returned items will only be accepted if received by Pademelon Press Pty Ltd in full saleable condition, with no marks or damage and accompanied by the original sales receipt. CDs, DVDs and titles published by overseas publishers are exceptions to this rule, and are sold on firm sale. Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind by the customer. Contact us for return authorisation and shipping details. Shipping costs for items which the customer feels are not suitable are the responsibility of the customer.  Returned goods may also incur an additional 10% administrative fee.


My book contains a mis-print or is damaged, what should I do?

Mis-prints are when a book has pages which are falling out, dirty, torn or where the cover is damaged. Contact us for return authorisation and shipping details.   

 

When will I receive my refund or replacement item?

        As soon as we have received your return, your refund or replacement item

will be sent to you.

Please Contact us if you want to check the status of your return.

 

 

CREATING AND EMAILING A WISHLIST

To create a wishlist you need to have an account set up and login. You can not create a wishlist as a guest.


To add an item to your wishlist:


1. Add it to your shopping cart and tick the move to Wishlist box


2. Update Shopping Cart and the items are removed from your shopping cart and added to your Wishlist


3. To view your Wishlist go to the My Wishlist tab at the top of the web page.


4. You can edit your Wishlist by changing the quantity, deleting items, or adding items by repeating step 1.


5. Click Update Wishlist to save changes


6. You can share your Wishlist by emailing it.Click Share Wishlist


7. Once you are happy with your Wishlist and wish to purchase the items click  Add All to Cart and proceed to check out.



PROMOTIONS/COUPON CODES

From time to time Pademelon Press will be running promotions. If you have a promotional/coupon code enter it in the relevant field below your items in the shopping cart.  Then when you proceed to the check out the discount should be applied.  Please contact us if you have any problems with promotional codes.



VIEWING ORDERS

To view past orders you must have purchased them using a pademelonpress.com.au account.

Login to your account by going to the My Account tab at top of website.
Click on the My Orders in the My Account box on the left side of the page.
To view details of an order, click on View Order on the right side of the order.

 

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Once you are logged in to your account, go to the My Account tab at the top of the website and then select from the My Account box on the left side of the screen the information that you wish to amend. This is where you change email address and password.
