Tony Sharpe Tony has owned and operated three restaurants and has extensive experience as a chef working in America, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Tony’s interest in the importance of childhood nutrition has, over the last few, years resulted in the establishment of Educating Palates – a consultancy service that teaches people who work with children how to cook real food that is simple, healthy, cheap and nutritious. He has recently developed a range of organic recipes for a successful baby food company and has been teaching menu planning and nutrition to early childhood specialists across NSW.
