Liz Plaster Liz Plaster, MEd, is a 30-year veteran early childhood professional and a highly regarded innovative and motivational national workshop leader and presenter. Her experience as a teacher, mentor teacher, and administrator in settings from public and private school, Head Start, universities, junior colleges, and the social service arena has given her a variety of experiences in working with both children and adults from varied backgrounds. In 1995, she was a recipient of the Texas Association for the Education of Young Children" Teacher of the Year" award. In 2001, she was instrumental in designing and implementing a statewide mentoring project that integrated literacy and language into all areas of the classroom. As a certified professional coach, speaker and consultant, Liz seeks to transform the lives of children by supporting and educating those that surround and advocate for them. Liz holds a BS in human science and an MEd from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
