Leslie Roffman Leslie Roffman is co-founder (in 1984) and director of The Little School, a relationship-based, inclusive preschool in San Francisco. Through her experience at The Little School, Leslie became interested in sharing about relationship-based education and inclusion and has presented at conferences, workshops and classrooms around the country. In 2004, Leslie produced a training film for ECE educators, Relationships: The Key to Teaching and Learning in the Early Years. In 2002, Leslie was recognized by the Support for Families of Children with Disabilities for her exemplary contribution to the field.
